- Can I order at any time during the month?
Yes you can, but we do not order from our suppliers until the 20th of the month. We then deliver by the end of the month. - Will you deliver when I'm out?
No! We always call ahead of time to see when it is convenient to deliver. We usually deliver on a Thursday or Friday evening. - Can you always get what I order?
However hard we try, we sometimes cannot fulfil 100% of your order. This is because we rely on our suppliers, who occasionally cannot source products to meet demand. We will try to replace the unavailable item with its closest equivalent (which you can refuse if it is not acceptable), but if this is not possible we will hold the amount on credit for you until your next order unless you request a refund. - Can you supply products that are not in your catalogue?
Often we can, yes. Our suppliers have a huge product range that changes monthly. If there is something you'd like, just contact us with your request and we'll see what we can do. - Do you only offer products in bulk?
In short, yes. Most products come in wholesale packs of 6 or more. Sometimes, however, products are available in smaller quantities, but the smallest quantity available is usually displayed in our catalogue. - Is there a minimum order value?
No! - Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery in Topsham is free. Elsewhere in Exeter delivery costs £5.00
